How To Order Smart Samples: A Step By Step Guide

Ordering Smart Samples

Start by browsing our tile collection and find a tile you are interested in. Click on the tile to see its details page.
Once you are on the details page, take a closer look at the tile and make sure it is the one you want to order a sample of.
If you like the tile, look for the "Order a 100x100 Smart Sample" button on the right-hand side below the "Add to Cart" button.
Click on the "Order a 100x100 Smart Sample" button to add the sample to your sample cart.
You can order up to 5 different tiles as samples. Repeat steps 1-4 for each tile you want to order a sample of.
Once you have added all of your desired samples to your sample cart, click on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen to view your cart.
Check that you have selected the correct samples.
Click on the "Checkout" button to begin the checkout process.
Fill in your details, including your name, email, and shipping address.
Please be aware that delivery to certain rural addresses may not be possible. In such cases, the package will be sent to the nearest drop-off point where you can collect it.
Review your order details and click on the "Place Order" button to confirm your sample order.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order, and your samples will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Smart Sample QR codes work on any smartphone that has a working camera. However, for the best experience, we recommend using a newer model Apple smartphone. Our augmented reality technology is designed to work with the latest hardware and software features, providing an optimal viewing experience. If you don't have an Apple smartphone, don't worry – our Smart Samples will still work on other smartphones and allow you to preview your tile selection in a whole new way.
