Returns:

Returns in the tile business are complex. Tiles are heavy yet fragile so are expensive to pack, transport and re-stock.

Returns of full, unopened boxes in a saleable condition will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. A 20% handling fee will apply. Goods must be returned to Tile Direct, 7B Mandeville Street, Christchurch, with freight costs associated with the return of goods being at the customer’s expense.

Clearance lines or tiles ordered from Auckland are not returnable, so please ensure you are happy with your tile choice and quantity ordered before purchasing. All orders dispatched from Auckland are special orders. Therefore, they will be clearly marked on your sample docket, quote, and invoice, as well as on store labels. All tiles available for purchase on our website are stocked in our Christchurch warehouse.

We will meet our requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act but reserve the right not to accept returns.
